Scott's Bio

Scott Romeo grew up in the rural mountains of West Virginia where the mindset was – if something needed to be done, you figured it out and did it.  

This marked the beginning of his lifelong journey of learning and helping others through his consulting, mentoring, advising, and teaching. His goal is to give back more than he receives. He wants to help others figure it out, so they can do it too. 

After completing his B.A. degree in education, B.S. degree in sociology and master’s degree in organizational management, Scott launched his consulting career, a voyage that has allowed him to travel the world helping organizations become more successful.

• Wrote 3 books on strategy. His first book has sold in 14 countries 
• Wrote one of the first plans approved for a charter school in Arizona
• Wrote a strategic plan that was approved by the IRS as a $200 million tax shelter
• Had a personal dinner in the home of a Prime Minister 
• Served as a strategy Subject Matter Expert for Harvard on six occasions 
• Led a project for the largest federally funded center for migrant workers in Maricopa County, analyzing a population base of 82,000 people dispersed over 7,000 square miles. Assisted with acquisition efforts and an organizational transformation
• Selected by the US Department of Commerce to serve a three-month term as a consultant to work with the Beihai China Trade and Economic Cooperation Department
• Selected and served as an examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Award      

To be an effective consultant in today’s world, one must have many experiences with many clients in many different industries. Over the past 30 years, Scott has shared his expertise with those in healthcare, government, technology, sports, investment holdings, construction, pharmaceutical, university, modular building, medical device, software, property development, oil and gas, retail, publishing, engineering, and other industries. Clients range from startups and small businesses to large Fortune 500 Companies from Phoenix to Singapore to Malaysia.        

Today, Scott is an often-sought-after trusted expert in the areas of business, management, strategy, and strategic relationships.
