For those organizations, Scott has created 480Strategy; a highly intense, professionally facilitated, one-day strategy session that is so strategically focused that executives often learn things about their own organizations that they did not know. 480Strategy is a series of focused discussions related to the current position of the organization and the future vision. Discussions include pricing strategies, how to earn market share from competitors, whether it is better to be effective or efficient at any given point in time, specific marketing strategies that are aligned with sales tactics to increase revenue, etc. 

At the end of 480 minutes (one-day) your team will most likely look at your organization differently and have a strategic mindset and vision of the future that can be used to take your organization to the next level. 

The results of a 480Strategy session can be expanded into a complete strategic plan as phase 2 of your growth and development.
